When respondents were asked to consider the degree to which their implementations had met the project objectives, arcplan took first place, with their clients reporting the greatest success with their implementations. (See Figure 58 from the study, below.) This is in sharp contrast to industry-accepted statistics that report that more than 33 percent of all IT projects fail. arcplan’s clients are exceptionally successful. An additional honor for arcplan was in the BI Survey’s Business Benefits Index (BBI). In order to calculate the BBI, respondents were asked to rank solutions based on nine specific business benefits such as cost savings, efficiency and other improvements. In the Business Benefits Index, arcplan is ranked fourth overall.
