Melville, N.Y., August 27, 2007 - Verint Systems Inc., a leading provider of analytic software-based solutions for workforce-enterprise optimization and security, today announced that a major UK utility provider has deployed its Nextiva™ Critical Infrastructure (CI) solution and integrated video analytics suite to enhance the security of its facility and perimeter.

Verint’s Nextiva CI and integrated perimeter intrusion detection analytics will help protect the utility’s facilities, enabling security personnel to react rapidly to perimeter breaches, unauthorized personnel or vehicles or suspicious activity across their expansive facility.
